Wheat Thins Newest Flavor – Smoky BBQ *Review*

I recently had the opportunity to get a sneak preview of Wheat Thins newest flavor – Smoky BBQ.  I’ve been a Wheat Thins fan as long as I can remember, so I was excited to try something new. I’m happy to report that Smoky BBQ did not disappoint – they were delicious!

Wheat Thins are a healthy snack and I typically use them with dips.  Since I’ve tried the new Smoky BBQ flavor, I’ve been eating them with my lunch each day – instead of potato chips. I usually end up sharing my Wheat Thins with Maggie – she loves them too!  The new Smoky BBQ have a tangy flavor and a great barbecue flavoring.

  • 10 grams of whole grain (per 29g serving)
  • Always toasted, never fried
  • No high fructose corn syrup
  • Other flavors include Sundried Tomato & Basil and Ranch (I’ve had them both – very tasty!)

For tailgating, we usually have pepperoni, cheese and crackers for appetizers. I’m excited to try out these new Wheat Thins at our next pre-game celebration.  I think they will be a big hit with everyone….or should I say a touchdown?!

      Nichol, you will love these! They have a really great bbq flavor. I almost ate the entire box all by myself :)

    I love Wheat Thins too. You’ve convinced me to try these. I went to get my regular old Wheat Thins the other day and there were so many varieties on the shelf I couldn’t find the originals. Really. So I bought the whole grain, or whole wheat, something like that. And they tasted like cardboard. Really.

    I tried a box of smoky barbeque a month ago & loved them but I have tried to find more w/ no luck. What’s the deal?
