Craft Time: 4th of July Kids Handprint Flag

by Carrie with Children with 18 comments

Right before the end of the school year, Maggie came home with this cute craft they made to celebrate Memorial Day.  This morning, I decided to hang it on the refrigerator to celebrate the upcoming 4th of July holiday.

It’s such an easy, inexpensive craft – all you need is some paper, paints and a little hand!

I love the little handprint – so tiny and cute!  I love that Maggie’s teacher made this with her.  I’m tempted to try and make one with Molly this week.  Wouldn’t it be fun to have one for each of the girls?

Here’s a close up look at the wording that goes along with the picture -

It’s an easy craft with (hopefully) little mess.  A great way to celebrate the 4th of July, have fun with your kiddos and create a lasting memory!

Let me know if you decide to try it out with your little one!

Happy 4th of July to you!
