Recipe: Lemon Sorbet with Berries

by Carrie with Children with 11 comments

I’m always in search of great summertime desserts.   And while ice cream is always my first choice, I recently discovered sorbet – a healthy and delicious alternative.   This afternoon, I made a lemon sorbet with berries waffle bowl – it was refreshing and light.  The combination of the lemon and strawberries is almost like having a smoothie!
