Sharing a special needs diagnosis with siblings… it’s a conversation my husband and I have often. We haven’t told Maggie that her sister Molly has Down syndrome.

Telling others about a special needs diagnosis is never easy, but telling a sibling – wow. It’s overwhelming just to think about it.
Regardless, I know Maggie loves her sister and no matter if she has a disability or not – they are sisters and that’s all that matters!
