DOLE fruit is a staple item in our house. Whether it’s breakfast, snack or a side dish with lunch and dinner – we always have Dole fruit in our house.

The new Dole parfaits have quickly become our new favorite.  With three flavors – peaches, apple and pineapple and creme, it’s a perfect pairing.  

The creme isn’t too heavy – my favorite was the apples and creme combination.  These tasty snacks are all-natural fruit that is natually low fat, cholesterol free and very low in sodium too.

It’s a treat that I feel comfortable giving my girls – it’s healthy and full of flavor.  And after a long day, it’s also a great snack for me too!
