Giveaway: How To Make The Perfect Easter Basket #bunnytrail

by Carrie McLaren with 86 comments

My Maggie is obsessed lately with holidays – she’s always asking, “how many days until…”. So, as soon as we wrapped up Valentine’s Day, she started asking about Easter. She’s ready for the Easter bunny to bring her some treats and she’s especially ready for egg hunts. (And I won’t lie, I am too!)

I’m already starting to think about what treats to put in the girls’ baskets this year. As a kid, the Easter bunny always brought us HERSHEY’s treats and I’ve loved carrying that tradition over with my kids.

How To Make The Perfect Hershey's Easter Basket

It’s hard to resist a HERSHEY’S solid chocolate Easter bunny. (My favorite!) For fun, I also include a few small toys and usually a new coloring book.

While it’s always fun to dye Easter eggs, I also like buying plastic eggs too. It’s fun to hide Hershey’s treats in the eggs and if they are lucky, they may be some coins hidden in them too!

I want to help you build the perfect Easter basket with a fun giveaway filled with tasty HERSHEY’S treats! Be sure to check out www.CelebrateWithHersheys.com for craft/gift/recipe ideas for your Easter celebration. There are tons of great activities!

My family tradition was to get the boys in the car while I conveniently always forgot something and ran back in and put an easter basket for each out in the living room. When we get home from church, the Easter Bunny had been there! Well, they are teenagers now and it doesn’t work but they always ask me if I forgot something on the way out the door to church!

Such a pretty home! I elcipeasly love the wallpaper in your kitchen – do you know where you got it? Or any info on it’s name or whereabouts? And when you painted your cabinets, weren’t they white before? Did you have to re-prime or anything? You have such talent!!!! Have a great day!Hugs from Michigan – Diane
