Toddler Thursday – Holiday Photo Challenge

by Carrie with Children with 7 comments

I’m still in shock that I actually *have* a toddler – but it’s true, my Maggie Moo just turned two a few weeks ago! It’s so cliche, but it seems like yesterday that she was born!    So, excuse me for finding it a little bit strange that I am participating in Toddler Talk Thursday and the holiday photo challenge. (pssstt….Did I mention there is a prize involved?!)

My fellow moms,  Family and Life in Las VegasCrazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom  serve as hosts each week! Toddler Talk Thursday was created as a place for moms and dads of toddlers to come together over a weekly topic and share ideas, go-to toys, or products. It is a great way to meet other bloggers of toddlers. This week everyone is posting a picture of their toddler from last holiday season.  Here’s my Maggie trying to steal an ornament, thankfully the baby gate/fence stopped her!

Be sure and stop by the host sites Family and Life in Las VegasCrazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom for a link-up of other sites also participating!  PS.  Did I mention there is a giveaway involved too?

  • Lolo @ Crazy About My Baybah

Baybah was not walking yet last year. I am thinking we are going to have to get one of those baby gates! Thanks so much for the great post:)

Cute photo. I'm gonna have to do the gate around the tree this year, as I'm doing daycare.

Lolo & Nichol – The gate/fence is a little pricey, but totally worth it. That picture was the closest she ever got to touching the tree. It was also a good barrier to keep the presents safe. 🙂

  • Belle's Butterfly

Belle was only 2 months old last year for Christmas. This year were going to be in trouble. We are getting plastic shatter proof ornaments for the bottom of the tree this year.

What a cute photo!!! We're thinking of getting a gate like that too, so we can actually put our tree up this year.

Love it! So smart to have a gate around the tree!

    Thanks Belle, KCB and SCM!

I think I'm going to do a separate post in the next week or so about the trials/tribulation of the baby gate/fence around the tree! It's a lifesaver and awesome tip for moms!
