It was just like Christmas at our house tonight. The Maclaren products for both girls showed up right after dinnertime and I’m not sure who was more excited me or Maggie!  She was already in her jammies for the night, but I couldn’t wait to take it out of the box, so we could play!  As soon as she saw the box, she was interested!  

The Junior Quest Activity Centre (or Center for us Southern gals) comes with a baby umbrella stroller, a travel cot with carrying case, a dolly rocking chair and a cute travel bag.  I was impressed with the kit – it has everything Maggie would need to take care of her baby doll.  

I didn’t even get everything unwrapped and Maggie instantly took off with the stroller. She walked all over the house!  I unpacked the other items and was pleased that there wasn’t much manual labor involved, especially since Daddy the handy man wasn’t here to help!  Luckily, the only thing that needed put together was the travel cot – and it was simple! Yay! 

I love that Maggie wanted to include her sister in the excitement – she carried each piece over to Molly’s bouncy seat so she could see everything too!  So cute!  I can already tell that once the weather warms up, we are going to take lots of walks with that stroller.

The beginning… by Maclaren baby products gift set they sent for Molly looks (and smells) really great!  We haven’t tried it out yet, we got carried away playing with Maggie’s new toys, but its lavender scents are so refreshing.  The kit contains calming bath milk,  refreshing lotion for bottoms, an organic powder, lavender massage oils, soap for sensitive baby skin, a baby-sized bar of soap, lavender room mist and a candle!  All that in one, cute little package!  I think it will be great to use with Molly, but I also think it would make a great baby shower gift for any new mom!
