I recently had the opportunity to sample a possible new flavor of Carmex Moisture Plus lip balm – orange!  It’s still in the testing stages, so don’t rush out looking for it just yet!  My lips are constantly dry and I can always be found with lip balm in my purse.  And while I’m excited about the possibility of orange-flavored Carmex being added to the lineup, I think they need to go back to the drawing board with this one.  I’m not even sure there was *any* orange flavor in my sample.  I even made my husband give it a try to see if maybe I was just missing something.  Nope.  He didn’t recognize any orange flavor either.

I did like that the Moisture Plus is available in stick form.  I find the small containers tend to get messy for me.  The stick is also more convenient to put in my pocket and doesn’t take up as much room.  I hope that if Carmex goes forward with making orange the newest flavor for Moisture Plus, they will reconsider the current amount of  flavoring – it needs more!
