I realized last night that I never posted this great video from the BlogHer’11 Quaker Oats sponsored breakfast with Bob Harper from NBC’s The Biggest Loser.

My blogging friend Emily at Family and Life in Las Vegas asked a fantastic question during the breakfast and Bob’s answer has stood out in my mind since that morning.  Such a powerful statement….and a great question from Emily too!
