Five Question Friday: November 4

by Carrie with Children with 2 comments

We’ve got two fun Halloween events to go to this weekend! I’m excited to see my girls in their costumes! Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and it will be perfect trick or treating weather too!

Just a reminder, I’m linking up with others for Five Question Friday and I don’t make up the questions. Click on the button above to see a linky list of others also participating. Be sure and share your answers below too!

What movie do you love to quote? I may lose followers for this answer…but I love quoting Tommy Boy, Anchorman, Step Brothers and probably most Disney movies, but more so singing Disney songs, than quoting them.

Have you ever ridden a motorcycle? Nope.  I’ve never even sat on a motorcycle, so I’ve definately never ridden one either!

What’s your favorite thing to do on a rainy day? Lay on the couch and be as lazy as possible.  That’s not a bad thing, is it?  Everyone deserves a lazy day every once in awhile.

Do you prefer a bunch of small gifts or one really big (expensive) gift? I think it depends on what the small gifts might be.  These days, I’m hoping for one big, expensive gift in the way of a new oven/microwave and or dishwasher.   (hint, hint Santa Claus.)

Do you ever lose track of days and show up somewhere wrong? Not usually.  I don’t think I’ve ever shown up anywhere on the wrong date.

What movie do you love to quote? Color Purple – it goes something like “I think it pisses God off when you walk by a field of purple flowers and don’t notice”

Have you ever ridden a motorcycle? Yes, on the back.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a rainy day? Movies or reading. But I start the day with a leash free walk with the dogs and hope no one decided to ride their bike (or jog) anyway.

Do you prefer a bunch of small gifts or one really big (expensive) gift? It depends on my mood – it sucks when you’re with the family and you’ve opened your gift and everyone else is still opening theirs – what do you do NOW? Mostly, I’m just happy that someone thought of me.

Do you ever lose track of days and show up somewhere wrong? Nope.

The Color Purple is a great one! You are so right about the problem of opening one gift and then just watching everyone else! Ha! 🙂

Thanks for playing along this week! Have a great weekend
