When my husband is out of town for work, I don’t like cooking a huge dinner each night.  I usually make the girls something quick easy and then scrounge around the fridge to find myself something to eat.  On our last trip to WalMart, I found the new Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches and thought I’d give them a try this week.

Last night, I decided to give these new, microwaveable sandwiches a try.  After 1 1/2 minutes, I had two tasty mini chicken sandwiches.  I put a little cheddar cheese and a some ketchup on them and they were ready for dinner!

They were a perfect portion size and made for a great dinner.  The sandwiches are packaged two to a wrapper with a total of eight in a box – a great deal for only $5.14 (at least that was the price at my WalMart).  I think I’ll be having these again later this week!
