This week has gone by so fast! Between, wrapping up the Thanksgiving festivities and Maggie starting preschool – I’ve been busy! This weekend, I’m hoping we can put up our Christmas decorations… I just need to convince “someone” to get them out of the attic for me!

What is your favorite Christmas decoration in your house? Gosh this is a tough question! We have a few family ornaments that I really love. I think this is the first year that Maggie is really starting to figure out Christmas, so I’m hoping we can get some fun ornaments just for her!
Do you finish your Christmas shopping early or are you a last minute type? I do a lot of my shopping online, so I try and get everything finished by the last day of standard shipping. I usually don’t start my shopping until after Thanksgiving though. I need to get better at shopping earlier!
When do you turn on your heat? I live in Florida, so the heat doesn’t get turned on until mid-November or so. I’m always cold though, so if I had my way – it would be turned on much sooner. I just bundle up instead!
Do you ever wish your blog was private? Nope! Never even crossed my mind to make it a private blog. I love the sense of a community and “meeting” others. I thrive on the conversation, there’s no way I could ever have a private site.
Do you put your deodorant on before or after you put on your shirt? I’m terrible at this one. I usually put my shirt on and then my deodorant. Which typically leaves me with deodorant streaks on my shirt. …particularly when I’m wearing a dark colored shirt. Grrrrr.

My favorite ornaments are the ones my children and now my grandson have made. They’re made with their pictures or fingerprints, handprints and filled with love <3.
I try to pick up things all year long so its not a last minute thing but this year we decided to just buy for Leland.
Since we have Leland in the house we try to keep it warm but he's so hot natured we don't have to turn it on too early, I too am usually cold which is weird since I'm going thru menopause but baby when a hotflash comes turn on the a/c.
If I had a blog I would not want it private either, that's why I love Facebook to connect with new friends and reconnect old friends and with family that live far away.
I put my deodorant on before I put my shirt on.

I don’t think I have a favorite ornament. I love the ones my kids make the most. I put my deodorant on after my shirt. Otherwise, I always end up getting it on my shirt!
