A Quick Dinner Saves the Day! #CBias #TysonGoodness

What a way to start the New Year…. our oven/stove died this week.  It’s certainly not the way I expected 2012 to begin, but the oven was almost fifteen years old, so it was overdue. Of course, the oven so thoughtfully decided to die right as it was time for me to start cooking dinner!

That’s when the panic set in of what to cook!   So with no oven and no stove, I quickly turned to the microwaveable  Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches to help me pull off a quick dinner!

I found some leftover green beans in the refrigerator and quickly heated up two packages of Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches…and in no time, we had dinner on the table!  I added a little spicy arugula, some mayonnaise and cheddar cheese to our sandwiches – they turned out great! Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches saved the day!  Now, time to start oven shopping!

Want to see more of our adventures at WalMart and our experience with the new Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches?  Check out my Google+ post with some fun pictures from our trip!

And how’s this for a great deal… and you’ll get a $5 Walmart gift card when you send in the rebate form (while supplies last). I bought two boxes last week and mailed in my info for the rebate – it’s like a BOGO deal!

Not all WalMarts carry these new sandwiches – visit Tysongoodness.com to find a location nearest you!

Have you tried the new Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches? If so, what did you think?

Hi! I am stopping by here from Blissdom 2012 Icebreaker and loved reading your about page. I am a huge advocate of the special olympics myself. Although I have no one in my immediate family who has a “challenge” of some sort, my mother and I would attend the special olympics events here in Chattanooga every year when I was growing up. It has a special place in my heart. Hope to connect with you at Blissdom.
