When my husband goes out of town for work, I don’t cook big meals. In fact, I try to see how much I can use from the items we already have in the pantry. When I ran across this Pillsbury Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Rolls recently on Pinterest, I knew this would be something my girls would love.
And the best part…. I had everything I needed without even having to go to the store! Pepperoni, shredded mozzerella, spaghetti sauce and crescent rolls! A quick and easy dinner and Maggie loves pizza, so I knew this would be a hit!
The recipe was really simple – flatten out the crescent rolls, place three slices of pepperoni on the edge, add some cheese and roll it up! I’ll admit, I added much more cheese than the recipe called for – extra cheese makes everything better!
After that, just bake them in the oven and serve with warm spaghetti sauce for dipping! It was a great, kid-friendly dinner and I know it will be something we have again. Next time, I may experiment with adding other ingredients to the filling – maybe some onions or green peppers.
Let me know if you decide to make the Pillsbury Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Rolls recipe for your family! And while you’re at it, follow me on Pinterest!

I actually made these the other night, but with half a string cheese instead of shredded cheese, and they were super easy to make and a great snack!

Love this idea! I just made one with ham and cheese, but the middle of the crescent roll wasn’t cooked very well. I love this idea though, might be lunch for today. I love your site, I’m here from your blog hop, thanks for having me, I will definitely be back!
