I am so excited to tell you about a brand new app made for iPhones and iPads called AR Flashcards.  The guys over at Mitchlehan Media created this app featuring the technology of augmented reality.

This app is perfect for toddlers. When you point your mobile device at the printed flashcard, a 3D animal appears on the screen.  And to make it even more interactive – when you tap the screen, you can hear the letter and the name of the coordinating animal!

We’ve had a great time playing with the app this past week.  Maggie gets so excited to see the animals appear on the screen.  It’s a fantastic, interactive app that really makes learning fun!
