I never pass up an opportunity to try new food and this past week I sampled the latest additions to the Seasons52 spring menu. With dishes like Artichoke & Goat Cheese Flatbread, Columbia River Steelhead Trout and my personal favorite – the Lamb T-bone Chops – it was hard to walk away hungry!
Seasons52 offers guests a seasonally-inspired menu items, paired with signature menu items for a unique dining experience. Each time I dine at Seasons52, I’m always impressed with the variety of wine pairings. They have over 100 wines to choose from, with over 60 of them available by the glass.
Every dish at Seasons52 is under 475 calories. They don’t use any butter in their dishes… and for that matter, you can’t even find any butter in the building! Each dish I tried during the night’s tasting was packed with great flavors.
Desserts at Seasons52 are not to be missed. Served in mini shot glasses – I love, love, LOVE these mini indulgences. I’m not even a little ashamed to tell you that I tried a lot of them at last week’s dinner. My favorite is the Pecan Pie mini indulgence. Some of the others are Red Velvet Cake, Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse. They are all so delicious, it’s a good thing they are all small – you can have more of them!
I’m looking forward to my next night out at Seasons52. I’m already trying to decide between the Columbia River Steelhead Trout and the Lamb T-bone Chops. See more pictures from my dinner at Seasons52 on the Carrie with Children Facebook page!
