Review: VeggieTales “Robin Good” on DVD

by Carrie with Children with 2 comments

The latest VeggieTales story, Robin Good and His Not-So-Merry Men is now available on DVD!  Robin Good and His Not-So-Merry Men, focuses on overcoming challenges and overcoming hurt feelings.

I’m a fan of VeggieTales because of the great underlying messages in their stories. Each of these messages are so important for children and Larry and Bob teach these valuable lessons in a fun, exciting way.

Robin Good and his merry men make their way through Bethlingham to help people by fundraising from the rich and giving to the poor, but the greedy Prince has other ideas.  This story will leave your kids smiling and entertained – just as it did my girls!

This DVD is approximately 50 minutes long and includes some really fun bonus features.  We especially love the “Things Will Get Better” singalong and “Prince of Ham”.  Consider yourself warned…the songs are catchy!

Another fun bonus is the Leapin’ Leap Year Lesson, a short story featuring Larry explaining the meaning of a Leap Year.

Here’s a peek at the VeggieTales Robin Good and His Not-So-Merry Men.
