Recipe: Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Marshmallow. Cream cheese. Fruits.   What’s not to love?!

I found this recipe over the weekend in some of my old recipe cards that I “borrowed” from my mom.  With just a few ingredients, this dip is easy to make…and it’s delicious!

I serve this dip with strawberries, but I also think it would be great with kiwi or any type of berries. My husband is begging me to try it as a cake frosting.  Maybe I’ll try that soon!

Recipe: Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
  • Fresh fruit of any kind

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and juice concentrate until smooth.
  2. Fold in marshmallow creme.
  3. Serve with fruit.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
