Marshmallow. Cream cheese. Fruits. What’s not to love?!
I found this recipe over the weekend in some of my old recipe cards that I “borrowed” from my mom. With just a few ingredients, this dip is easy to make…and it’s delicious!
I serve this dip with strawberries, but I also think it would be great with kiwi or any type of berries. My husband is begging me to try it as a cake frosting. Maybe I’ll try that soon!
Recipe: Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
- Fresh fruit of any kind
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and juice concentrate until smooth.
- Fold in marshmallow creme.
- Serve with fruit.
- Store in refrigerator.
