It’s been raining cats and dogs here the last few days, I’m hoping for some sunshine this weekend!  We are hoping to go to a food truck festival on Saturday!   What are your plans for the weekend?

Did you do anything special for your kids on the last day of school?  Or did your parents do anything special for you?     Maggie and I had a S’mores party – just the two of us!  It was a lot of fun!

What’s your favorite summer tradition with your children?  I’m not sure if we really have any summer traditions yet, since the girls are still young.  We usually go boating quite a bit though with friends and family.  I’m sure that will happen a lot this summer too!

What was your favorite thing to do during the summer as a kid?  I grew up on a cul-de-sac street with kids close to my age in every house.  We used to play outside together and our parents would all hang out and chat each night.  It was so fun!

How old were you when you married?  Were you a bridezilla?  I was twenty-eight years old.  I don’t think I was a bridezilla.  I like to think I was a pretty laidback bride during the planning.

What is your favorite girl name?  My favorite girl name is Claire.  If you know my last name, you know why I could never name one of my girls Claire!  Way too similar.  When I traveled to Ireland in college, I met a pretty little Irish girl named Claire with beautiful red hair, I always wanted to name a child after her.
