What I Saw This Weekend… A Birthday Girl!

Little Miss Molly turned two years old on Saturday!  We had a fun, family party to celebrate her – nothing big and fancy, but it was the perfect day!

Thankfully, the weather was really great so Molly and all of her cousins had fun playing in the backyard! The biggest excitement of the day was Molly’s big birthday present – a Step2 Big Splash Waterpark!

I couldn’t get over how much everyone loved it, but especially Molly!  She loved splashing the most, by the time we were ready to go inside, she was completely soaked from the splashing!   I can already tell we are going to be spending a lot of afternoons playing in the water!

Molly really loves Elmo so we got her an Elmo birthday cake – although, she wasn’t too sure about blowing out the candle on her cake!

It’s hard to believe Molly is already two years old!  It feels like I was just sharing her birth story a few months ago… now, she’s a toddler!  No more babies at our house!

Anything that involves water is always a hit around here too. I’m glad all of the kids enjoyed it, especially Molly. Happy 2nd birthday, Molly! 🙂
