My New Writing Adventure with 5 Minutes for Mom!

by Carrie with Children with 16 comments

I’m really excited to share some fun news with you today!   I’m now a regular contributor at 5 Minutes for Mom – an entertaining and informatinve site designed to bring moms together!  I’ve been a huge fan of them for years, so I’m ecstatic to start writing for them!  (Don’t worry, I’ll still be writing here daily at Carrie with Children too!)

My first article went live today … and it’s all about our journey into the special needs world.  Entitled, “Staying Positive After A Special Needs Diagnosis” , I share my thoughts on how I coped with Molly’s diagnosis of Down Syndrome not long after she was born.

With 5 Minutes for Mom, I’ll be writing about more than just our special needs/Down syndrome journey,  but for now I am excited to have another avenue to share our story and raise awareness.

I’d love for you to stop by and read my 5 Minutes for Mom article. Let me know what you think!
