I’m always in search of new ways to prepare dishes, so I was excited when we recently received an assortment of  True Citrus products to review.  The crystallized lemon, lime and orange flavored packets are perfect for water, beverages, baking and every day cooking.

After checking out the large variety of recipes on the True Citrus site, I decided to try my skills with their True Key Lime Pie recipe.  I used the True Lime packets to add flavoring and it turned out fantastic!  And while I cheated and used a store-bought pie crust – I loved knowing that  True Lime is gluten-free, no sodium and zero calories.
