Maggie is my little independent girl. She says she’s a “big kid” and no longer needs my help… especially when it comes to putting her shoes on. And like most kids, she always seems to put them on the wrong feet.
The new Mabel’s Labels Preschool shoe labels have taught Maggie which shoe goes on which foot. These peel and stick labels, allow preschoolers to simply match the halves to create a familiar shape. Maggie loves bragging that she has a “sticker” on her shoe – and loves spelling out the letters of her name to me, too.
Mabel’s Labels Preschool Shoe Labels come in five different designs – butterfly, turtle, star, lightning bolt and soccer ball. These labels are waterproof, UV resistant and extremely durable. I had no concern placing these labels directly on to Maggie’s sandals. In fact, she was very anxious for me to add the butterfly to her shoes!
At $21 a pack, these labels come in a pack of 12 sets, for a total of 24 labels. So, we’ll have more than enough labels for her shoes. Plus, with different shapes available – they’ll never be any confusion on whether the girls are wearing the other’s shoes!
I love seeing Maggie’s face when she gets her shoes on the right feet. She’s so proud of herself! As a mom of two preschoolers, I love the idea of allowing kids to be independent and learning to dress themselves!
