Maggie and Molly love the Disney Fairies.  So, imagine their excitement when we received an advanced copy of the new Disney Fairies full-length film, Secret of the Wings!

In stores today, Tinker Bell and friends welcome the newest winter fairy Periwinkle to the big screen.

In Pixie Hollow, the Winter Woods have always been a mystery… until now and the girls loved it!  The colors and scenes in this new Disney Fairies film are fantastic. We loved watching Tinker Bell explore this newest fairy world and also discover that she has a sister!

Periwinkle is a fun, winter fairy voiced by Lucy Hale from “Pretty Little Liars”. When her wings matchup with Tinker Bell’s – magical things happen!  With mystery, suspense and fun – the Secret of the Wings offers a great new chapter in the Disney Fairies world.

And while this film features the special bond between Tinker Bell and her sister, you’ll still see everyone’s favorite fairies. Iridessa, Vidia, Rosetta and Fawn are all a part of this new tale.

I especially love this film because it shows a side of Tinker Bell that we don’t normally see… in a winter wonderland. Tinker Bell has such a special bond with her fairy friends, but this film does a fantastic job at showing a sisterly bond.  It’s heartwarming and you may need to grab a few tissues – it’s a tear-jerker at times!

“Secret of the Wings” is available on Blu-ray 3D, DVD and digital format and it’s in stores now!
