Recipe: Crescent Mummy Hot Dogs for #Halloween

by Carrie with Children with 12 comments

With Halloween coming up in a few days, I wanted to do something fun for dinner tonight.  After some searching online, I ran across Pillsbury’s Crescent Mummy Hot Dogs recipe – the perfect Halloween dinner!

Crescent Halloween Mummy Hot Dogs Recipe

Thankfully, I had hot dogs and a can of crescent rolls in the fridge, so preparation was quick and easy.  With a few dabs of ketchup and mustard – our little mummies had faces and they were ready to eat!

I think these mummies would turn out great by using little sausages too – much like Pigs in a Blanket… my favorite appetizer!  I’m already thinking about having a Halloween party next year and these are at the top of my list!

Do you have any favorite Halloween recipes?

Very cute, I know a little gal that will help me in the kitchen to make these! Have that party next year and add them to the menu!

Thanks Karen! This would be a great dish for little hands to help with in the kitchen!

How fun! I’ve wanted to try these before, but just haven’t done it yet! I bet my boys would love them! 🙂

Haha, those are so awesome! My boys would get such a kick out of these! Don’t think I’ll be going to the store before Halloween. If I do I’ll definitely pick up some dogs and rolls. If not, these will be on my Pinterest board for next year!

Love how you wrapped these different.

Aw, so cool that you noticed them wrapped differently! I did one and my husband did one – we’ve been trying to decide who had the better mummy!
