Talk about a once in a lifetime opportunity..  my husband and I experienced it this past weekend.  We were fortunate enough to attend the Disney Parks Blog meetup at the Be Our Guest restaurant in New Fantasyland at Walt Disney World!

With fantastic food, a first-hand look at Disney’s newest restaurant and an opportunity to talk with Imagineers and the executive chef – it was a night filled with crossing items off my Disney bucket list!

I’m not ashamed to tell you that I literally cried just walking into the restaurant.  It’s overwhelmingly beautiful and breath taking – every single piece of this restaurant is unique, creative and makes you feel like you are inside of the actual movie.

In addition to dining in the grand ballroom, we were able to tour the Rose Room and the West Wing.  Each with their own themes, there were Disney Imagineers there to answer questions and show off some very unique features of the rooms.

The Disney Imagineers thought of everything when coming up with the concept of this restaurant.  (I’ve got tons to tell you in a separate post – soon!)

From my chat with the Imagineers to telling you about the delicious food – there’s just too much great information to put into one post!  I can’t wait to share more about my experience with you soon!

You check out the delicious restaurant menu and search for reservations online at the official Be Our Guest Restaurant page.  I’m not sure if it’s accurate – but our server said dinner reservations were booked for the next four months!

It was a truly magical evening – one that I will never forget!  A special thanks to the Disney Parks Blog team for a fantastic event and allowing me to step inside my favorite Disney movie.
