Thanksgiving is a time filled with great memories in my family.  It’s a time of togetherness, laughter and great food.  But can I let you in on a secret?  I actually like Thanksgiving food better as leftovers than I do on the day of the big event!

There’s nothing better than an open-faced turkey sandwich the day after Thanksgiving.  And no leftovers are complete unless you’ve got gravy!  Lots and lots of gravy – I love it on my turkey, mashed potatoes and even my stuffing!  With that said, we usually end up running out of gravy.

is a lifesaver when it comes to having extra gravy with my meal – it’s quick and easy to prepare and always comes out perfect.  And most important to me – it’s  always lump-free.  I’m not a lumpy gravy kinda girl.

There’s no guilt involved with my gravy obsession – has no artificial flavors or coloring, no MSG and it is made with natural spices and has zero grams of trans fat!   Pass me the gravy boat!

In year’s past, we’ve usually just made regular gravy, but this year I think I’m going to put a twist in it!  Did you know you can add rubbed sage, thyme leaves or poultry seasoning to put a new spin on it? I’d never thought about it until I visited the – there are tons of great cooking tips and recipes.  And as a semi-rookie cook, I especially like the how-to videos!
