I am a frozen breakfast kinda mama – mornings are busy around here and somehow I always seem to be running around like crazy.  My girls love having pancakes, waffles and even French Toast sticks. The Aunt Jemima brand is one that I’ve trusted for years and I was excited to hear about their latest breakfast items – the Lil’ Griddles.

The Lil’ Griddles series of frozen breakfast items include blueberry mini pancakes, frozen Mini pancakes and Aunt Jemima frozen Cinnamon French Toast Sticks.  These bite-sized items are perfect for my two girls – just the right portion sizes and filled with great flavors.

With every batch made from scratch, I know Aunt Jemima’s Lil’ Griddlers are made with real ingredients.   We tried out the mini pancakes and after 35 seconds in the microwave, I had a hot breakfast on the table paired with some fresh fruit and juice.  Easy peasy!

My girls loved these tasty pancakes and I especially loved the smaller portion sizes.  Perfect for little hands! I’m already looking forward to trying out the cinnamon French toast sticks soon!
