I’ve been keeping a secret from you.   A few weeks ago when I was in Los Angeles, we had the unbelievable opportunity to meet the President of Marvel Kevin Feige.  (yes…  President!)

It was fascinating to hear about the Marvel brand and its core values centering around creating family films. It was very evident Mr. Feige was passionate about his own family and that same passion comes through building movies for all generations.

While we were there, we also got an exclusive 15-minutes preview at the new Iron Man 3, coming to theaters on May 3rd, 2013.

The biggest spin to this new movie – for a brief time, Gwyneth Paltrow wears the suit in Iron Man 3.  She was amazing –  the scenes were she’s at battle were action packed and she definitely stood on her own fighting the bad guys. I wanted to stand up and cheer for her – there’s some massive girl power going on in this new film.

Another scene that we saw involved Robert Downey, Jr and a new character, Harley played by Ty Simpkins.  Harley, a boy from Tennessee stumbles across Iron Man and befriends him, helping him throughout the movie.  The relationship between the two is geniune and definitely shows a softer side of Tony Stark.  But, that doesn’t mean there’s not plenty of action because there’s tons of action!
