Yay for a fun weekend at home!  We couldn’t have asked for better weather – it was almost springtime temperatures.    The sure sign of a fun day is when one of our girls falls asleep in the car – and this weekend, each of them did just that!

We spent time at the playground and met up with some of my old high school friends that I had not seen in about fifteen years. (Eeekkk..  I just put an age on myself! Also, shame on me for no group picture!)   It was really fun to see everyone and let all of our kids play together too!

On Sunday, we celebrated my nephew’s birthday – he was very excited about his birthday cake.  And who am I kidding – I was excited too.

We spent a lot of time outside this weekend – it was just too nice to be cooped up inside.   I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Spring is here to stay!

Molly also has a new baby doll… and she hasn’t gone very far without this past weekend.  Isn’t it funny how little kids get fixated on new toys… and a few days later, they’ve got a new favorite!  She makes me smile….Molly, not the baby doll.
