My family and I are headed out on another cruising adventure next week on the Carnival Liberty!

We are sailing from Port Canaveral on a seven-day journey with stops in Grand Turk; San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. I am excited to explore ‘new to us’ ports and take in the fun activities around the ship including the Seuss at Sea programming, Camp Carnival for the girls, great dining, shows and one very, special concert by Journey!

Journey Live in Concert

Another exciting addition to this trip is the Carnival LIVE concert series. Legendary rock band Journey is performing in the ship’s theater on the evening our ship is docked in St. Thomas. And I cannot wait! Don’t Stop Believin’, Faithfully, Open Arms – I’ll be singing right along with a few hundred of my fellow cruisers.

What Is Carnival LIVE? 

Carnival LIVE allows fans to vacation, relax and also enjoy a live performance from their favorite musicians. Some of the past performers include Jewel, Lady Antebellum, Daughtry, Jennifer Hudson, Chicago and Gavin Degraw.

Carnival has already announced some of the 2015 lineup including Rascal Flatts, Styx, Little Big Town and Smokey Robinson and the rest of the year’s lineup should be announced very soon. (Just a note, performers are not on the ship the entire sailing, they perform on the ship while docked in port.)

When booking your cruise, you have the opportunity to purchase concert tickets, including the option to upgrade to VIP tickets, which includes meet and greets and a seat in one of the first few rows.
