The Coloring Incident

by Carrie with Children with 5 comments

Apparently Maggie jumped online during naptime today and read the blog post about my furniture.  Late today, things got eerily quiet while I was feeding baby Molly.  Every few minutes she would run through the room and say hello and that was all I heard of her…for awhile.  I went to investigate and discovered this…

Yep, don’t let your eyes deceive you – she colored all over Molly’s closet doors.  Green, brown and red (which don’t match the room).  The label says they are washable crayons, but I still haven’t gotten the nerve to see for sure.

And just in case she is reading my blog – here’s her ‘I’m sorry’ face for everyone to see. Enjoy and think of me as I’m scrubbing closet doors.

Thanks for adding my button! Your page looks fabulous. Mr. Clean Dry Eraser worked on our "coloring incidents". The stuff really is magic.

this post is just too precious. reminds me of the time i was 2-3 years old and took "kiddie" scissors to completely cut off every branch on my parents' most beloved indoor plant.

kids do the darnedest things but can sure get away with it!

Uh oh!!! I’ve been there and just recently. If it isn’t washable the magic eraser should take it right off. Newest GFC follower…hope you’ll stop by and check out The Life of the Party. Thanks for the hop!
