I’ve loved Wendy’s since I was a kid. I’m also a huge fan of dipping my fries into my Frosty (chocolate only, please!). Did you know that Wendy’s recently introduced new French fries? They’ve upgraded to now offer natural-cut fries with sea salt. Thanks to Wendy’s, I had the opportunity to try them today and I’ve gotta be honest – they are pretty good!
The new fries are cut from whole Russet potatoes and cooked with the skin-on and lightly dusted with sea salt. I was a little worried when I noticed that these new fries are actually replacing the regular fries, leaving me with only one fry option, but they were tasty. Of course, I judged them by taste and their Frosty dipping factor and they passed both tests. The new fries were crispy and fresh – I didn’t even miss the original Wendy’s fries.
