Maggie loves The Fresh Beat Band ( or as she says… the Fwesh Beats) and I love watching her dance around and “singing” along with Twist, Shout, Marina and Kiki. The songs are catchy and I even find myself singing them too!
This Friday, July 8 at 9:30am ET/PT, Nickelodeon kicks off a summer celebration with a brand, new episode of The Fresh Beat Band called “Cool Pool Party”. Here’s the scoop from Nickelodeon on the new episode –
In “Cool Pool Party,” Twist is really excited because he gets to DJ at the pool party. After decorating the pool, Kiki, Marina, and Shout jump in and splash all the water out! Without water there will be no pool party and Twist won’t be able to DJ. So the Fresh Beats work together to refill the pool using water buckets, a garden hose, and then a giant water balloon.
In celebration of the new episode, the Fresh Beats will perform their new song, “Here We Go“, live on The View, Thursday July 7th. Check your local listing for times.
Anyone notice anything different about the picture in this post? There is a new “Marina” in this episode! I’m interested to see if Maggie notices a difference.

Bummer on the new Marina. I liked that actress. I wonder if she is doing something else. Did you know she use to be Stephanie on Days of Our Lives (Steve & Kayla’s daughter)?

Yeah I liked the “old” Marina too! I amcurious as to where she’s gone too. I haven’t watched Days of Our Lives in years, but didn’t know she was on there! Thanks for the scoop!

She isn’t on DOOL anymore, it was about 3 years ago when she was on there.

We are HUGE Fresh Beat Band fans in our house! Harlan has been singing Here We Go since they first played the music video on Nick Jr. As soon as I saw the new Marina I had to google what happened to the old one (I was so intrigued.) Can’t wait to watch the episode (sad when I’m excited to watch a show my daughter loves so much.)

Too funny! Maggie tries to do the dance moves with the Here We Go song, makes me laugh every time it comes on tv. I’m so glad I’m not the only one who is interested in the scoop of Marina! 🙂
