My husband and I are huge football fans – both college and NFL.  This past weekend was a football filled weekend for us! Saturday night, from the comforts of our couch, we cheered for the University of Alabama against the Florida Gators and on Sunday morning we hit the road early headed out to cheer on our hometown Jacksonville Jaguars against the New Orleans Saints.

We’ve been tailgating before Jaguars games with our friends for the past eight years.  We look forward to gameday, not just for football but for the time we get to spend with friends.  There’s never a dull moment at tailgating and my husband loves cooking up awesome food on the grill.  This weekend, we had some tasty burgers, cheddar bratwursts (my personal favorite) and a few folks even threw some turkey burgers on the grill too!

To prepare for our busy football weekend, the girls and I made a trip to Murphy USA to pick up some snacks for both our homegating and tailgating festivities. Check out my thisMoment post I made featuring our trip to Murphy USA.

This was my first experience shopping at Murphy USA and even though my location didn’t have the propane tank I needed, I did learn that most Express stores do have them. Regardless, we’ll definitely be back!  It was convenient and affordable!
