It’s amazing how much life can change in ten years. In 2oo1, I graduated from college and was officially an adult! It was a fantastic time in my life….and also a little scary too! I loved everything about college, even the classes, so it was quite an experience to be out in the “real world” making decisions and finding a job!
A few weeks ago, I traveled back to my college homecoming and ten year reunion! It was a fun weekend filled with great memories and seeing familiar faces. It was a neat experience to introduce my husband and children to a time and place that I dearly love. I loved checking out all the places I used to hang out – especially the on-campus ice cream shop!
Besides the fact that I’m now a wife and mom, I feel like I’ve grown so much as a person over the last ten years. I’ve experienced so many things since I graduated from college…..and I wouldn’t change a thing!
I recently learned that Windows XP and Office turn ten years old this month! Stop by the Windows Experience blog to read some fun facts about how much things have changed over the past ten years in the world of technology and life!
What was life like for you in 2001? I can’t wait to hear your what you were doing ten years ago!

2001 was a really tough year for me, much of which I don’t want to remember or share. But I did finally get a great job with the greatest small pharmaceutical company and the BEST bosses I have ever worked for. It lasted 3 years and I miss them so much to this day.
