Review: Baby Einstein’s Discovering Music Activity Table

by Carrie with Children with 2 comments

My girls are both music lovers and I’m a fan of any toy that is educational and fun!  With that said, Baby Einstein’s Discovering Music Activity Table is perfect for our family.

The activity table serves as a great way to introduce babies and toddlers to the world of musical instruments, shapes, numbers and colors too!

The table features two modes – Music mode and Discover mode.  The music mode features classical music introducing children to the sounds of  including guitar, French horn, flute, harp, violin, xylophone, and five different types of drums.  Maggie especially liked the drums, I guess because they are the loudest.  The Discover mode features shapes, numbers and colors.  Molly loves watching the colorful lights on the piano.

I, especially like that the activity table has removable legs – allowing for floor play and easing the transition from baby to toddler.  And while it’s not a necessity in our family, I did appreciate that the table offers three different languages – English, Spanish and French!

The Discovering Music Activity Table is certainly a toy that will continue to grow with Molly as she gets older – cause and effect toys are so important from an occupational therapy viewpoint.  I, also think this activity table will be a great for helping Maggie learn her colors and shapes too!  I’m excited to continue watching my girls learn with this table!

The Baby Einstein Discovering Music Activity Table retails for $39.99.  To learn about this activity table and other Baby Einstein products, visit their website at www.BabyEinstein.com.
