Last weekend we were stuck inside,  thanks to Tropical Storm Beryl bringing us a lot of much needed rain.  Mother Nature made up for it this past weekend with nothing but sunshine!

We got the pool out for the first time this summer – Molly loved splashing!

It’s funny that last summer, she wasn’t really old enough to play in the kiddie pool.  She definitely figured it all out this weekend.  She had so much fun playing in the water.   No fear!

Maggie learned all about hopscotch this weekend…. and now she’s obsessed!  We had a marathon hopscotch session on Saturday afternoon.  She loves shouting on the numbers when she lands on them.

I hope this is just the beginning of our sunny weekends.   We had so much fun playing outside!

And the good news?!  No one got sunburned!
