Universal Orlando’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort Accepting Reservations

Last year, when my family and I visited the Universal Orlando Resort we had the opportunity to learn about Universal Orlando’s newest resort – the Cabana Bay Beach Resort set to open in early 2014.

And I’ve got good news… guests can now book reservations for stays beginning on March 31, 2014 at this all-new 1,800-room hotel at Universal Orlando Resort.

Retro and Fun

Inspired by the iconic beach resorts of the 1950s and 60s, the Cabana Bay Beach Resort has a retro feel to it. Highlights of the resort  include a 10-lane, “retro” bowling alley; two main pools; and Universal Orlando’s first lazy river. I’m a huge fan of lazy rivers – so fun!

Pricing

I’m especially excited to learn that the guest rooms are considered to be in the value price range starting at $119 and will include moderately priced family suites at$174 per night. Packages will also be available.

I am very excited to check out Universal Orlando’s newest resort next year.  With standard rooms and suites that include a kitchenette that can sleep up to six – this is a perfect resort for families.  I can already hear that lazy river calling my name…
