At Best Buy Mobile specialty stores, you can trade in your old phone and get up to $200 back in the form of a Best Buy gift card. How did I not know about this great program?  I couldn’t wait to visit my local store at the mall.

I arrived at the store with both girls in tow, ready with their snack cups, drinks, games, books – whatever it took to keep them occupied as I figured we’d be there forever.  Wrong!  It was such an easy process that I wished I had done it sooner!

Stefan, the Best Buy Mobile associate was fantastic – The phone I traded in had never been used without a case, so it was in near perfect condition – I ended up getting $150 Best Buy gift card for it.  I put that money toward the iPhone5 and renewed my contract with AT&T – making it FREE!  Can’t beat that deal!  Stefan helped me pick out a new case and even put it on my new phone for me.

I was in and out of the store within about 20 minutes with my new, fancy iPhone 5 up and running! Stefan even transferred over all my data to the new phone – as part of their complimentary Walk Out Working™ program. Above and beyond customer service.
